Return/Refund Policy
Point University wants our customers to be completely happy with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 15 days from date of delivery for a full refund or within 30 days for an exchange (less all shipping charges). All items must be returned in new condition in the original packaging. Point University reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on any sale for items that have any indication of use, or are returned without all product or packaging information.
